How do I know what size to buy?
Santini offer different fits for Classic & Premium garments. This is expanded on below:
Classic Fit - Applicable to Smart Jersey, Via Bib Shorts & Deep Winter Long Sleeve Jersey
Regular fitting. Soft on the body for those who look for a more classic fit. If you prefer a tighter fit jersey, suggest choosing one size smaller.
Slim Fit - Applicable to Tono Jersey, Tono Bib Shorts & Wind Flite Gilet
Form fitting. Remains close to the body minimizing wind resistance in the saddle. This is the fit that defines Santini. Incredibly versatile as it gives you a sleek profile while maintaining incredible comfort throughout your ride.
Sleek 'Aero' Fit - Applicable to Sprinter Skin Suit
Skintight fit, shorter on the front and elongated in the back. Developed with riding position in mind to maximise aerodynamic properties. This is the fit that Santini pro athletes use for racing. If you like a jersey of the Aero Light range but you prefer a less tight fit, we suggest choosing one size larger.

What if the items I ordered aren't the right fit for me?
Everybody's body is different. While Santini's sizing and fit aims to suit everyone, it always hard to know precisely what it feels like until you try it on. At the moment Santini don't have a retail presence in Sydney for you to easily try on their range, however the measurements they provide online continue to be a useful guide. And as more of us order Santini kit, your chances of persuading someone to let you try on theirs also increases! If you have CPCC kit that you decide isn't quite right for you, please feel free to use the CPCC Market chat in our WhatsApp community to sell or trade with another Member.
WHAT IS THE DESIGN?
The new Santini CPCC club kit will retain the same great design as our previous kit with some minor improvements. To keep it simpler, at this stage only 1 colour option will be offered. It is expected that there will be some minor colour differences between the outgoing Cuore kit due to different materials and different manufacturing processes used.
Why do the bibs look different from our old supplier?
One of the reasons we decided to work with Santini was because Members told us they wanted higher quality, more durable kit. The two levels of Santini bib we currently offer (Via and Tono) have a mix of customisable panels on the outside of the legs and non-customisable panels on the inside legs. The customisable and non-customisable panels are made from different material and coloured through different processes, which means they are not intended to be a precise match. We've done our best to choose a combination we think is best, but we're always keen to hear your feedback.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I ORDER?
All ordering is to be processed via the CPCC Santini Portal, payment direct to Santini. The portal open and close dates will be regularly communicated via the club newsletter and socials.
In the long term, we envisage opening 3 portals per year:
September (ideal for summer order of Xmas),
February (to get winter orders in) &
July (for something to look forward to in Spring!).
All items are manufactured in Italy.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
From the date we close the portal and confirm the total CPCC order, Santini's production process takes eight weeks. Then the garments go through quality control in Italy and are shipped to Santini's Australian warehouse where they go through a second round of quality control and are dispatched to you. These steps will normally take two weeks. That means 10 weeks from closing the portal and confirming the order to them being delivered to you.
It's difficult to be more precise than this, particularly due to international shipping. However, we're working with Santini to create a detailed timeline so that you have more visibility of where you order is up to throughout the process. Everyone who orders via the Feb portal (and beyond) should expect to see more frequent updates from purchase to delivery.
In future, we will also shorten the number of days the portal will be open for in order to speed up the entire process.
The portal dates for the rest of 2025 will be 1 - 8 June, and 14 - 21 September.
WHAT IF I HAVE A RETURN?
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Whilst there is no minimum order for you as a member, as a club Santini require a minimum quantity of 5 of the same product (e.g. Premium Jersey) to send to production. In the unlikely circumstance that minimums at a club level are not met, you will be given the option of cancelling the item OR rolling it over to the next portal window.
What happens if I order something and CPCC doesn't get to the MINIMUM order required?
Santini's custom kit requires CPCC to make a minimum order of any style. In the first round of orders, we offered Members who ordered items that did not reach the required minimums a choice between seeking an immediate refund or holding the relevant part of their order over to the next portal. We appreciate that some people didn't find this process very clear, so in future we'll ask Santini to automatically refund any items where the minimum order hasn't been reached.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE KIT?
Santini warranty against manufacturer defects for 12 months. Should warranty issues on items arise, Santini will reimburse the costs to have these fixed (via a local tailor restitching). Club members are to contact Santini customer service info@santinisms.com.au to work through this process.
IS THERE A CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY?
Santini have kindly offered CPCC members a Crash Replacement policy. Santini will provide either a 40% discount on a fashion range items, or a 20% discount (on the item/items that were destroyed only) in the next order/portal opening. This is limited to within 12 months of receiving your custom kit.
Contact Santini customer service info@santinisms.com.au to work through this process.
Who should I contact if I have a question or concern about my order?
To make things as simple as possible for you, please use kit@centennialpark.cc to raise any questions or concerns. One of the Committee members will then work with you and Santini to address whatever you have on your mind.
